Cynthia Kath has been showing her work in solo and group juried exhibitions in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Hawaii and France. She has a BA in Fine Art and is currently working on a Master of Liberal Studies at the University of Minnesota in Fine Art, Architecture and Horticulture. Cynthia has studied at Parsons in Paris, France, and privately with Stephen Burr, a renowned pastel artist on Maui.
In the past few years she has studied Portrait painting with Jeff Hurinenko, Plein Air Oil painting with Joe Paquet, and Abstract painting with Ellen Richman.
Cynthia has been painting on Maui for the past 25 years, and her work has been on display for 20 years at the Village Gallery in Lahaina.
